Professional Developers Series Day 3: Adult Learners and Differentiating Professional Development

As the brain matures and the individual has more experiences, teh adult learns in different ways than that of the child or adolescent. The participants will learn about adult learning theiry, brain-based instructional approaches and ways to differentiate professional development to increase their colleagues' motivation, interest, learning, and implementation of new skills.
