In Mondo, players compete against each other while also racing against the clock. Each player has a small world board with empty spaces on it, and all players simultaneously pick tiles depicting different animals and environments from the middle of the table and place them on their world board, trying to create complete areas of the same environment. A new tile must be placed next to an already placed tile, but the environmental borders don't have to match. (These errors will earn negative points when the board is scored.)

The bazaar is bustling: it's the big day at the rug market! The best salesperson will soon be named!
Each player is a salesperson who tries to outwit the others. Each player takes it in turns to throw the dice and then move Assam, the market organiser. If Assam stops on an opponent's rug, the salesperson must make a payment to its owner before putting one of their own rugs on an adjoining space. When the last rug has been laid, the total number of visible rugs and the number owned by each salesperson are added up: the best player wins!

Players are detectives racing to catch the thief! Detectives move around the outside of the puzzle board, the interior of the board is made up of randomly assorted tiles with pictures of diamonds, Euros and bags of loot scattered around.(or numbers, depending on which you decide to play) Normally, detectives roll and move to catch up with the thief, but when the magnifying glass is rolled, the thief moves one space and a card is turned over to reveal a sequence of 5 pictures. The timer is flipped and detectives hunt to see who can find the longest trail of pictures.
