9/11: The Filmmaker's Commemorative Edition

While filming a documentary about a rookie New York City firefighter, brothers Jules and Gedeon Naudet captured on film that fateful instant when the first plane crashed into Tower One of the World Trade Center. The first part of the program follows fire fighters through their everyday routine and training. In the following part of the program, the Naudet brothers, with their cameras rolling, follow firefighters as they enter the World Trade Center after the terrorist attack and captures the confusion and fear felt by victims and rescue crews alike.
